I ordered a double sided sea blue mat, and it arrived ahead of schedule. It will be used at the convention January 10th. And then Origins in June!!! Actually we plan to have 4 different tables at Origins with these great mats! Space, European Fields, and now a sea mat. Thanks Eric, and have a merry Christmas. |

I've ordered twice from Hotz this year and got both items in a very timely manner…was expecting a wait….perhaps I just was lucky and he had both orders in stock. I was very happy with the service but I understand others had difficulties. |

I wonder if, as the orders come in, they get piled on top of one another – or are the newest orders placed at the bottom of the pile as they should? |

Not sure altfritz, but I do suspect it depends what is on the work bench. So if they happen to be making runs of the type/color mat you want then it might be faster. Prior to ordering this mat I sent an e-mail and asked if it could be ready for an upcoming convention. Eric said he could do it, and he delivered ahead of schedule. I know some have complained about delivery, but so far every mat I have ordered has been about 4 weeks or less on delivery. |
