I've added an article about a cyberboard moderated kriegsspiel to kriegsspiel.org.uk it is an account of a PBEM divisional level Napoleonic free Kriegsspiel with 3 players run over the course of seven months using a Cyberboard PBEM package created specially for the purpose.
