Looking at doing a MERDEC camo pattern for my miniatures. What would you suggest the following Vallejo (or equilivant): Forrest Green Black Field Drab Sand The field drab is what I am really have trouble with. |

Re; Field Drab – I've been doing some research on the subject of MERDC colours for a while now – and have seen Vallejo 873 / 142 mentioned as a match for FS30118 Field Drab. I've also seen FS33105 given for the Field Drab – and Tamiya XF-52 given as a match for this. |

Not only that but which MERDC Type are you looking for? There are approximately 7 types! Try this site: link Then cross Reference the FS#'s with the Vallejo equivalency list: acrylicosvallejo.com Just a quick check is: Forest Green FS 34079 = 893 Vallejo Light Green FS 34151 no listing but 891 Intermediate Green is the closest # Sand FS 30277 or FS 33303 =988 Vallejo Black is Black |
