I bought a Dice boot from Chessix, which received such heavy use from our group that two more were purchased. Turns out I lost one piece — could not find it anywhere. I emailed and called Chessix, and they said they had some odds and ends laying about and would send me out one right away, no charge. Bravo, Chessix! Thank you for the great service. Cheers, gregoryk
