Not the Nappy rules, but the old computer game. I'm sure somebody remembers this one. Lots of naval vessels. Armies were the weakest piece, but they were needed to capture cities, which in turn were all that could produce more forces.

I'm looking for one of the older versions of it, possibly the original spaceship version, to act as electronic referee for a minis game.
