Jeez, a little embarrassing to get paged in a public space like this but I deserve it, the confusion was all my fault and it was me making a hassle for Andrea, not the other way round. ;) I've been a little scattered in my communication because all my attention is gobbled up by my graduate studies. I mean, who the $#$# doesn't think to check their spam folder? Yeah, I'm that guy. For the record Andrea bent over backward to sort this out and was spot on on top of from the beginning. Superior customer service. Meanwhile, I look forward to my first game of Song of Blades and Heroes (winter break approaches)! |
