I had placed an order online for the new Crusader Miniatures Thracians through the Old Glory 25s Web site on the 12th. They arrived yesterday, and I discovered that I hadn't ordered enough command packs. I e-mailed Teresa late last night and asked if the needful packs could be added to a second order that I had placed a couple of days ago. She wrote me back last night to let me know she would check with Connie at the factory this morning, and then let me know this morning that the packs were being added to the new order before it went out. That's responsiveness "above and beyond"! Thanks!! Allen |

They gave me great service in the past for some orders I placed, and I will be ordering more from Old Glory in the future. I am done with the other figure company that people have been complaining about on another thread… |

Another "Aye" here. I was pleasantly surprised at the speed of my most recent order. Added to this was my "special" requests for some adds on – all exactly what I wanted; you know sending an image link to Teresa on an email & demanding, "I want two of the type on the left in the picture & two like the one you can barely make out on the right" and "oh, could you add 7 of the shields from Pack Z instead of all from Pack Y?" And they did! Thanks to all the good folks at OG, not the least Teresa. v/r, Dean (shamelessly high-maintenance) |
