Does anyone have the Redoubt FIW French figures?

Are they suitable for use on the Continent?

I'm not an expert on the SYW side of the conflict, but I would think so. If you wanted pockets other than the simple one-flap varities, you might have to use a little putty or paint, but that depends on how technical you want to get.

Hopefully others will chime in . . .

As Don stated, I'm no expert either.
But as the regular infantry units sent to New France were usually 2nd battalions of Regiments whose other battalions stayed in France, I figure you could use them on the continent.

Also with the 75% off sale at The miniature service center I got a bunch of Redoubt F&IW French in tricoren and fatigue cap. I plan to use them in both European and New France scenarios.
