From the dimensions given, I would assume it is made for 25-28mm figures:

Have the 'Sea Dog' and am very impressed – cheap, well cast and well detailed. Well recommend them.

Yes. Those are for 25-28mm scale. I almost bought the big one, but notice the lack of detail on it. I balked when I realizied that I would have to do a lot o work on it to get it close to my others…

I am sticking to the $12 USD Black Pearl RC ships…
