A couple of possibilities:

Paper Terrain makes a North African Mosque link

Minature World Maker makes one in 25mm link

JR Minatures makes a Mosque in 28mm but you could use it for 20mm in a pinch link

If you don't mind building it yourself, Matakishi has info on building a Mosque in 28mm which would probably be easy to scale down link (just scroll down).

I am sure there are more out there especially if you are willing to scale up or down.

Check out the 'village mosque' from The Square or the magnificent 'Mosque' from Stonewall Miniatures, both from the UK…
