I just saw this in an advertisement from a retailer, and don't recall hearing about it before. A bit too expensive for my tastes, for a boardgame, unless it contains miniatures, but others may be interested: link I have no connections to the retailer, or company producing the game. |

A better game more than likely(I've found Avalanche Press games to be 50/50 at best) is this convoy game coming soon from GMT:

Having sent my first book on convoy warfare for editing (Deadly Waters…the convoy runs between the UK and Gibraltar), I have started work on my next one, which is actually covering the Arctic convoys for miniatures. It will probably take quite a few months before it is ready to edit, because I like my own team of test players to check out all the game play, and the historical facts. DEADLY WATERS should be released by Clash of Arms, early 2009. It is a game in which the players take a convoy from port of departure to port of destination, and have to battle all the events they will encounter along the way. These include every day issues of weather, accidents, straggling ships and so forth, as well as dealing with the enemy. |
