I was passing through the Toronto airport last weekend and found a copy of Cornwell's new book Azincourt, following an English archer serving in France. Halfway through and it's a fun read: the usual pretty girls, sad fates, jolly priests, dastardly priests, bodkins skewering French men-at-arms. |

Second that! Great book as usual from Mr. Cornwall! |

"Great book as usual from Mr. Cornwall!" I've not heard of any books by a Mr. Cornwall, who is he? Bernard Cornwell, OTOH is always a good read! |

Didn't he already do this
for a character 70 years earlier. I don't see the appeal. The Archer's Tale was terrible
Damon. |

Odd that Chapters in Canada has it but Barnes and Noble (sp?)says January. Rob. (Who lives in Canada and will be at Barnes and Nobel on the way to Fall In.) |

Ahh, the eye of the beholder. I liked the Archer. Actually there's more than one book to this and if you didn't read em all you may have missed some stuff. mjc |

A(g)incourt: of course, I must read it, and demolish all his mistaken notions in the process. Stay tuned
