Subject: Handley Page Hampden
Manufacturer: Scotia
Scale: 1/300
Medium: White Metal
Price (I-94 Enterprises webstore): $4.75 USD link

The Scotia 1/300 scale Handley Page Hampden is a one piece casting. The minis I have required minimal trimming and filing. The panel lines are fairly exagerated so making them stand out is fairly easy. I finished my two Hampdens with I-94 Enterprises decals (separate sheets for the roundels and the letters). I drilled a hole at the center of balance and cemented a small steel nail in the belly so that the minis would attach easily to magnetic bases.

Recommendation: Nice little mini, I recommend it for all experience levels.

Post assembly:
Decals: I-94 Enterprises
Paint: Vallejo Model Colors
Primer: Rust-Oleum Gray Automotive Primer
Matte Finish: Krylon Crystal Clear Matte

PS – Dom, I finished these just for you. Now I'm going back to the 1/144 and 1/100 scale stuff for a while (although I do have some 1/600 B-24Ds that are ready for paint) :-)

Very nice job – must admit I prefer the brown a little lighter, but that's really nitpicking – the quality of your stuff makes me sick, as usual….

Dom ;-)
