Here's me thinking that "discussion" meant a dialogue rather than a monologue |

I wonder how long before the owners of the books scanned page by page & then posted in the Napoleonic pages in this website start sending lawyers letters! |

Grot, naturally, the clubs and sites charman, 'Uriahheep2', got written permission from every author from each source he uses. Chris, clearly yes discussion requires more than information, but the information is there to start the discussion, not be it. What else would make a good starter for a discussion? Ofcourse naturally, feel free to discuss on the site yourself, purely to prove my theory here wrong ;-) |

Infact, after further response from the chairman, he assures all sources he uses comes from websites which allow usage of their information, and any books where content has been used various permission has been used. And where used Uriahheep2 achknowledges the persmission at the start or end of each topic. |

Wouldn't it be easier then to put up links to the original websites, then? And all this information was put up before on the Wargames Society website: link |

"and any books where content has been used various permission has been used. And where used Uriahheep2 achknowledges the persmission at the start or end of each topic." Todumptious, After looking through 5 or 6 topics I'm yet to find any acknowledgement of permission, or even a mention of the book, author or publisher, mentioned at the beginning or end. I'm curious to know why publishers like Histoire & Collections would allow scanned images of books to appear on a gamers website while they are still commercially on sale? |
