So I've been given a £25.00 GBP Amazon gift certificate. Any great ideas on what to buy? I've been eyeing up the Sharpe DVD set, but I'm open to other good book or DVD ideas, any period but ideally with a British or commonwealth flavour. So, if you had £25.00 GBP to spend at Amazon, what would you buy? |

I have a huge wish list at Amazon, but i think the AWI uniform book that was released this year would be my choice. |

A couple of seasons of Buffy the Vampire slayer, oh you mean military stuff, sorry |

Yep, that is the very book on my wish list. The Don Troiani book on AWI uniforms looks good too. |

This probably doesn't hlep you much, but I just received a $25 USD Amazon gift certificate and I plan to pre-order two Opsreys; War Elephants (New Vanguard) link World War II Japanese Tank Tactics (Elite) link Toether they come to $25.10, so I suppose I'll have to put the extra 10 cents on my credit card. I'm not sure how Amazon.uk works, but on Amazon.com if you spend $25 USD you get free shipping (in the US). |

Thanks Chris, it does help. I'm still trying to decide what to get, and I'm keen to buy something I normally wouldn't have thought of. |

The new Bernard Cornwell book on Agincourt ("Azincourt") and the last of the Genghis Khan trilogy by Conn Iggulden
lots and lots of stuff to feed the gaming imagination there! |

Steve the Wargamer -- I just received both of those in the mail today! I'm in the US -- so buy from Amazon.co.uk for British authors who come out there first. |
