Title says it all really; I'm pretty au fait with most aspects of Luftwaffe markings, but am looking for a good resource on unit badges (down to specific staffeln.) My immediate interest is in Luftflotte 2's bomber units, but a more general reference would doubtless be handy if someone can recommend one. (I seem to have lots of info, but all very bitty; 2 badges from this KG, 3 from that one and so on.) Dom |

Dom I've got one – from Ian Allan (Midland/ Classic Air) – Luftwaffe Unit Emblems (I think) is the title. Can bring it in to Sheff sometime next week for you if need be. It's very good – geschwader, gruppe and some staffeln variations. I thin I have some more bits in other titles too. |

That would be excellent thanks Phil – if that's the Ketley and Rolfe one it's already on my short-list of possibles (along with another Ian Allen one on Bomber Units) and it'd be great to get a look at it – £40.00 GBP or so is a bit much for buying blind…. Dom :-) |

Yes, it's the Ketley & Rolfe book. 803 known unit emblems and a few more besides. |
