I'd start looking at Centenial sets (though I'm sure you already have)

I found a little more on K&S. They made a series of similar pewter statues in the 1960s and 70s depicting Virginia militia (I have found photos of a drummer and a fifer). There are several miniature cannon from the company currently on sale on eBay.

Scott, I have an almost identical miniature that was bought for me in Gettydburg around 1973 at one of the gift shops. What's missing from yours, and I have, is the slung rifle in the right hand.
