Hey everyone!

I've done a bunch of updates over at the House of War… since the first batch of 25mm Austrians got finished I've also showcased the rest of my 15mm ACW Confederate army, and now I have put up the beginning of the next collection for inspection; my 15mm WWII Germans! This force is small, but features a lot of neat base-work in order to create a defensive-themed force.

I hope people can come by and take a look!

P.S. Come buy my Warhammer army.

:)

Lord Ashram, Where did you get the cabinets shown in your opening shot?

normsmith27 Aug 2008 7:57 p.m. PST

Nice work Ashram – the 'full' bases look very good

Glad you enjoyed! Wolvie, as you request, more food posts are up!:) Glad you check it out… I must say, I am curious if folks have made it a "regular stop." I have a few blogs that are regular stops… mainly all the links on my forum get a check every few days. Roly, get to updating!:)

The cabinets are outlined in this post, way back at the start of the blog…

Thanks for checking in… just so folks know, the WWII stuff starts now one post in, thanks to some lamb chops and pork ribs;)

Ah, thanks Norm, we posted at the same time:) I don't think they look too busy, and when the whole army is entrenched in a built up area it looks sharp.

Updated with a platoon of well-dug-in mortars!

Lord Ashram29 Aug 2008 3:32 p.m. PST

Okay; what do folks want next;

Some German 88s?

A Tiger?

Or the German command?

I also added a poll; now that I have shown two entire collections… should I continue on the "one collection at a time" theme, or should I vary it, alternating units among a bunch of different collections?

Lord Ashram01 Sep 2008 11:17 a.m. PST

Just so folks know, I've gone ahead and started to show multiple collections; just put up some 25mm Lord of the Rings, some 15mm American Civil War Federals, and some 25mm Napoleonic Russians.

Hope folks can come by and check it out; comments always welcome!

Lord Ashram01 Sep 2008 1:54 p.m. PST

Glad you enjoyed! I'll have more Russians coming…

Lord Ashram01 Sep 2008 7:16 p.m. PST

Come on folks; chat away! What units do you like, which ones are your favorites, how do you paint that so well… I'll take any and all conversation… you guys are all I've got to talk wargames with!:)
