Help, I have come across a bag with 6 dice in that I put away in one of those unforgettable places for a game I cannot remember! The red dice has 1,1,2,2,3 and an explosion / lightning hit The green dice have what look like: 3 arrows / planes one above each other An exclamation mark A lightning bolt through a gear wheel A target sign (circle with 4 lines at 3,6,9,12) Four arrows radiating from on point (9,11,1,3 on a clock but the meeting point is not in the middle) Fat arrow into an explosion I'm not convinced these are from the same game as the red is larger than green ones

The red dice sounds like an old GW dice. Which was used for determining multiple shots (like from an assault cannon). The green dice I think was used for Battlefleet Gothic as an order dice, it may have also been used in Epic. Hope that helps

Let me see: The red dice with the 1,1,2,2,3,explosion, is a sustained fire die from Warhammer 40K which was used for Heavy Bolters, Autocannons, and Assault Cannons. The explosion was the "jam" result when you fired and each gun had a variable number of dice it could roll. Assault Cannons 3, Heavy Bolters 2, and Autocannons 1, if you rolled the jam, it was out for the next turn. If you rolled more than one die it had a malfunction and was out for the rest of the game and if the Assault Cannon rolled three of them it exploded. The green dice are from an airplane game and are NOT part of the Warhammer 40K dice set – IIRC it was some form of WWII air combat game. I can't remember which one though. Someone else take a crack at it! |

The green ones are Epic 40K orders dice, and were then re-used as special order dice for BFG. Regards, Michael Lovejoy |

Sound like cool dice that could be adapted to Wings of War |
