Found this on a another discussion group.

An excellent Site on french Armour WW-I WW-II.

Sorry here it is french language but good pics.

Most tanks are listed by name(ie Chars D2 "ALMA") so you can model individual tanks in a specific unit in many cases.

EXCELLENT find, 11th ACR!

I believe the language barrier can be rectified using Babel Fish, as it can translate a good portion of the page. I like that the camouflage schemes and names are included for the Char B1/B1bis. The author of the website looks like he did his research!

Thank again, 11th ACR!

thumbs up

No problem.

Um, this site been around for a while, and has been revised extensively at least once. That said it's always IMHO a good thing for gamers to discover this particular resource; pay special attention to the combat careers of the Char B1bis "Eure," "Mistral," and "Tunisie." All accounted for some pretty lopsided tactical wins over more numerous German panzers… evil grin

En avant! evil grin

Great sites….Now I'm getting really tempted to add to my 10mm French army and start a 10mm Polish army

The french site may have photos, but it is done very poorly. You click on a photo and for some reason, flash or some other animator runs. Clicking back doesn't bring you back to the page you were on (in my case on the Char B), but to the respective index page (with the list of all tanks).

Bleeped textty web work.
