I have seen some 1/1250 models by this manufacturer,of italian WWII destroyers, but I have drawn a complete blank trying to find any information on them on the web. Does anyone know who they are, and if they are still going, and what sort of range they produce(d)?? |

I purchased a few off of eBay, and was less than impressed with them. Not sure if they are recasts, or just not very well sculpted and cast. I would suggest asking for crisp, clear closeup photos of them before purchasing any online. |

Thanks I thought they were fairly basic, but they seem to be about the only people who do Regia Marina destroyers and torpedo boats in this scale. I was curious if they are old castings or if they are still in production. |

I've bought some of these off of e-bay also. Not the best of models, but as you said, about the only game in town for Italians. From what I recall, Grifo went out of business some time back

I got a few of the Torpedo Boats, so not sure about their DD's. |
