My partner and I are talking about moving from producing 15mm to 28mm figures. I want to know if the War in Korea from 1950 – 1953 would interest people enough to wargame this period. |

Now you're talking. I may not be interested in the bad guys, however, U.S. troop from the Korean War would be great for all those B-movie Atomic Horror and Bug Eyed Monsters from Mars type games. Vince |

Ditto – 1950s US troops fighting aliens/giant ants etc. I'd by some to get my Alien Invasion scenario off the drawing board and into a game. |

Irish, be careful with this idea. For the Korean War, I would be your biggest supporter, but I would be pretty hesitant here. There is possibly too much overlap from WW2 figures here. The figures would have to be near unique, say US troops in winter clothing or US troops in early flak jackets. I would love to see ROK in quilted jackets. I suppose that summer ROK could also be used for Taiwan or Japan. |

Love to see Korean 28's. My dad was an infantryman in Korea. Before passing in 1990 he told a story of being in a foxhole one night when a soldier from a NATO Greek night patrol snuck up on their position, put a knife to his throat, felt down his neck until he found dad's dog tags, patted him on the helmet and said "good G.I." and went on his way into North Korean territory, presumably looking for a good North Korean or Chinese regular to use the knife on. Dad said he about wet himself. |

I would definitely be interested in gaming the Korean War, so whatever you would have produced would be great. I think it is an interesting conflict that has been almost completely overlooked in wargaming. Aside from the 20mm line (I forget the manufacturer) and the 28mm line from 1st Corps (which leaves a lot to be desired IMO) there is nothing else out there, at least in metal. |

Well if we did Korea we would also do the U.N troops as well. |

I'd be interested in a line of 28mm Korean War figures. The Forgotten War is long neglected and this'll give me an excuse to use my 1/48 Tamiya Pershings and Hobby Boss M4A3E8's against N Korean and Chinese T34/85's. |

That would be a great period to get into. I never understood why the Korean War is so neglected by wargamers. I'd love to see North Koreans and Chinese troops especially, and winter dress would be a plus. |

It's not just in wargamming that it gets neglected, it's not called the forgotten war for nothing. Commenwealth troops definatly. Force of Arms do a Centurion MK3 in 1/56 that would go lovely with some Brits. The Imjin river in 28mm, now that would be a good game. |

I'd definately be interested, particularly if it covered some of the more unusual NATO troops |
