I'm looking for any manufacturers who make either Celtic/ Pictish style Hill forts in 15mm and Dark Age British Motte & Bailey style "castles" (forts).

Any known makers of either? I'm not much of a "do it urselfer".

Look for a local scratch builder. See Barry S's – TMP link He made this with DBA BUA rules in mind (I love the paint job).

The question is how big do you want it to be? A single three story tower on a two story hill gets harder when you add a moat and large bailey. If all you want is the motte and wodden castle these should be available (a hill and wooden tower?)

Uesugi, check Museum Miniatures website (sorry, I'm at work and can't link it for you). They do a small range of pre cast terrain pieces in 15mm for ancient type forts, double bank ditches, pallisades etc.

Sorry - only verified members can post on the forums.
