Can anyone recommend a good English language book on the Spanish Reconquista? All Amazon seems to list is the Osprey book which I have.

I found this poking around on Amazon:

I've not read it so I cannot comment.

I have read The Quest for El Cid – which I think is a good overview of 11th century Spanish christian (noble) society. Though it is not technically part of the Reconquista it is a good lead in.

Ah, well done! I didn't think about searching for "Reconquest" instead of "Reconquista".
