Am I alone in having problems dealing with Little Wars in Texas? I placed an order almost 3 weeks ago for some of the Musketeer minis, I received an e-mail a day or so later that there would be a sizable back order. I am still waiting for the figures, and I have asked twice for updates. I got an answer to one! I received a quicker answer from Bill at Musketeer that the figures were on the way last week!

At least You got a reply I can't even get that out of them.

I used to shop with them and the service was very good but there has been, I understand, a change in ownership and there have been a number of threads about some issues they have had.

If you are in the US a call might be in order…

Even calling is problematic. They apparently have very odd hours, and two different phone numbers, both of which get tapes!

I emailed them a few weeks ago trying to place an order.
Forget it now… I went somewhere else.

From what I have heard, ever since Chris took over and the move AND then the fire, the hours and service at the store are very VERY hit and miss…

I can't get responses to my emails, or answers back, and seem to get a few voice mails and that's it.

Not sure what is going on, but if you can't get any service from them, I would say simply, forget about it and try somewhere else…

I was concerned when Little Wars did not attend Bayou Wars in New Orleans as they have been a fixtures as a dealer since they openned.

I hope things get worked out. They are the main importere for several UK companeis for US customers to get ranges from.

alas, service falling to Bleeped text seems to be a pretty common thing when a change of ownership or management happens.

I was actually in the store this past Saturday the 21st. I don't know much about their apparent ownership changes or the like but the inside of the store seemed much more organized with a larger selection than when I was last in there 6+ months ago. But I can't speak for their non-face-to-face offerings.

So do I.

Another source of good customer service gone, along with warweb.

What's up with Warweb?

I had no problems the last few times I shopped there earlier this year.

The last order, and I mean The Last Order, I got from them was four months late and one pack short.
