In case some of you folks don't frequent the Lead Adventure or Hawgleg forums, I set up this blog to provide background for a Gutshot campaign I am running, but the setting could easily be used for any Old West system out there. So I figured I'd share it.
The site includes battle reports (from my slowly evolving campaign), characters, history and game stats (for Gutshot players.)

countyofhades.blogspot.com

There's a TON of information in it, so take your time.
Please don't publish any of my setting ideas (get a hold of me first), but feel free to link to the page if you'd like :)

If you want to know how I painted any of the figures or constructed the buildings, you can find those under the 40mm Old West heading at my other blog: link

I hope you enjoy!

Great stuff, amigo! I really enjoy reading your battle reports, and your buildings always makes me jealous!

Terrement- I guess my painting blog really doesn't have a "how-to" in it for the buildings.

I reckon' I could cook something up. May be a while.

Mike- Jealous? You got all them Arnica buildings, now :) I'm jealous Arnica is only in 28mm. Still inspirational for my own work, though.
I have a sawmill in the works- It was originally for my 28s, but may work for my 40s.

Very nice.
I really like the map of the county and the group picture of the town locals is outstanding. Great ideas are signified by imitation so I hope you don't mind me doing a similar posting on my site some day.
