I experienced something last night I had never thought possible before. I had just placed an order with QRF and Geoff came back almost immediately and asked me if I had made a mistake. Admittedly I had ordered 23 Dodge weapon carriers but I had a good reason. Well for me anyway. But I have never had a supplier query me about an order before. And in the nicest possible way! Did I really want 23 or had I made a mistake in the on-line shopping system? Most would have simply shrugged their shoulders, billed my credit card and shipped. That is what I call service to customers. Thank you Geoff! regards to All Bob |

Thanks for the feedback Bob, I'm just amazed that Geoff read the emails at all last night as he's knee deep in exams today and tomorrow. (should be finishing the first one as I type). We often do this with large orders of a single vehicle type as it would not have been the first time someone had deleted two and substituted 3 in the shopping basket. It saves us sending out unwanted kit & shows the customer we are paying attention to what's ordered. The odd mis-order will slip though but we try to avoid them whenever possible. Have fun with the vehicles. Paul P.s. Geoff will probably be along abpout 30 seconds after his exam finishes to put in his 2 pence worth. :-) |
