My buddy created a Panzer IX Jaguar for me… The scale is 1/72 and I just wanted to share and show this baby off and see what people think…thereckoningp2.blogspot.com/

That's the Jaguar 2, the Jaguar 1 was a late '60's AFV.

VERY nice model of the Pz IX – one of the more realistic ideas on the German drawing board at war's end.

Wyatt, isn't that a Jagdpanzer Rakette? Was/is that called a Jaguar? Are they still in service?

@ Tim and Kle- they were named Jaguars when they switched to the HOT system in the '70s, the Jaguar 2s were converted from Jagdpanzer Kanones.
