Hi

does anyone have a source for details about the Valiant ?

The BBC has a single image here –

and Wikipedia has a brief article

But is there anything else out there ?

The thing reminded me of the Royal Navy ship from Sky Captains to say nothing of the old Captain Scarlet Angel base :-)

Scaling has been tackled by the folks at link

Also try character-online.com they may be able to give you a idea if they have a license or make one. I'm waiting for the Adipose to be released myself…

I assume you have seen "The Poison Sky" episode – who knows this may spur some into doing more?

Scaling not mentioned at this link, in fact no mention of it at all

It is cloud base (essentially) – didn't it even have a Colonel White on it when it first appeared?

We also had a bit of Blakes 7 this week, so maybe the Liberator will turn up next.

I was watching Poison Sky again last night – the joys of the iplayer –

It seems to have 2 runways at 45' to the Bridge, and areas between them are open – presumably to save weight.

Also, it looks massive. In the images of it descending over the factory suggest it's much larger than Cloudbase.

Does the Emperor know that UNIT have stolen the laser from his Death Star? TWOC, one super-laser….do you have a licence for that, sir?…..
