In NAPOLEON'S CAMPAIGN IN EGYPT (Vol 1) French Armies, by Grant, C. S. ISBN: 978-1-8581818-524-8.

On page 19 there is a plate with no description of what it represents.

It appears to be a (Grenadier) of the Marines or Naval Infantry.

Any help would be great.

Yeah, I was curious what kind of "plate armor" would be discussed in the 19th century. But then I tend to think medieval first.
