I saw in a previous thread that Wargames Soldiers & Strategy #12 had an article on painting Napoleonic era naval vessels. I'm wondering where I can get a copy of either the article or the issue itself here in the states. I did some searching and I don't see anyone advertising back issues. Thanks in advance for everyone's help.
