Any suggestions what 28mm figures to use for Tartars at the Battle of Tannenberg/Grunewald 1410? Could Huns or Mongols be used as a substitute?

All help much appreciated!

Don't use Huns. Totally different age.

Mongols could work in a pinch.

Assault Group make Tartars – they're for a couple hundred years later but might work.

I think you could use the Old Glory Tartar's from the Liegnitz range and be very safe in assuming that their appearance hadn't changed much between 1241 and 1410.
