I regret adding to the posts on this frequent problem, but my patience has been exhausted.

The 1st week of Nov. '07, I sent Monolith an email order for 12 packs of Border Reivers, Eliz. Irish & Disturbia figs. My order was acknowledged mid-Nov & my CC was billed the last week of Nov.; I duly paid $200+ for my order. This was my 4th Monolith order: the 1st took 6 weeks to get; the 2nd needed 10 weeks for the bulk to arrive with a further month for the balance; while my 3rd order took 9 weeks to receive. Thus, I held off asking about the 4th order until mid-Jan "08.
Mr. Mussared responded that my order had "fallen thru the cracks". I waited until mid-Feb to inquire again & was told that he'd sent the Disturbia packs (a 1/4 of my order) & the historicals would be available soon.

I have not received any of my order & I sent several emails asking about it to Monolith in March, April & May; I've received no answer except for an "auto-response" on Mar. 19th stating that Steve would be away "until Apr. 9th". Heretofore, he usually answered my emails very promptly.

I believe that I've been a good customer, buying about $650 USD worth of Graven Image minis over the past 2 years & reccommending them to my friends & on the forums that I visit. I also used my GI Border Reivers in a game that I ran at Millennium 9 in Austin, Texas & I was hoping to put on an Eliz. Irish battle using the new figs this year. I cannot imagine why I've not gotten my order or why Mr. Mussared hasn't replied to my queries.

I'd greatly appreciate any info on what's going on with Mr. Mussared & Monolith & any suggestions about handling this problem. I want the items that I paid for in good faith & I want a candid explanation of why my order has been delayed for 6 monyhs.

Astonishing tale!

Let me see if I understand this – so you waited 6 weeks for the first Order to arrive, (wow!), then you went back to them and placed another Order and waited what, 10 weeks then to get part of it and another 4 for all of it!!! Not content with that salutary lesson you then ordered from them AGAIN!!! and waited another 9 weeks! and now you've ordered MORE stuff from these clowns back in November and we're here in May of the next year – whats that now 24 weeks plus – and they still haven't arrived, man, you are one patient consumer!!

I take it these figures are cast in gold or platinum or gem encrusted or something.

Sheesh! I would've found an alternate supplier or alternative line of figures after the first Order. Man, you've got my sympathy, but heck, wake up and smell the roses – most suppliers out there can offer a 6 DAY turnaround.

I had a problem with an order to Monolith a while back, but I must admit that it was resolved to my satisfaction eventually. Steve (IIRC his name correctly) seems like a good guy, just occasionally a little slow to fill orders.

Hi, yes it is a problem with getting orders from Steve, my last order was back in june last year, for various reasons it was delayed and i have now( April ) received a part of it( no message with the package to exlain the extra delay), the box marked as one of two but the second never arrived!Cant get any reply to my telephone messages and e-mails --this is a great pity as Steves models are high quality, but he wont reply or correspond for reasons unknown to me.
