Hi all,

we have been working on a set of rules for pike & shot sub-company wargames (suitable for 80yw, 30yw and ECW). Specifically, the rules are for 40 to 50 individually based figures organised into groups of 8 +/- 2 men (or 3 to 5 cavalry) engaged in very limited skirmish/foraging/banditry activities. These rules are not for the great battles of the age, but rather the dirty little tussles between mercenaries (anyone remember The Last Valley?).

The man to model scale is 1:1, and it is designed for a Poor Bloody Infantry style 4' x 4' board divided into an 8x8 grid. It uses only 6 sided dice and ordinary playing cards.

If you are interested in giving this a playtest, please drop me a line at Bozzie99@gmail.com and I will send you a pdf copy.

Thanks,
Andrew
