On occasion I have a problem with the Warstore…forgotten item or wrong item due to a sku. No big deal. I just had one of those issues and they way the Warstore dealt with it proves why I have been a loyal customer for the past 7 years.

I ordered a bunch of figs and was shorted an item and double charged for a paint (I only needed one). No big deal. I e-mail them and tell them just to refund part of my money for the paint and blister so they did not have to go through the hassle and added expense of shipping out the item.

No, instead they refund my money for the paint and send out the missing item. The best part was they sent it Prioirty. No other company would do somehting like that they would either ignore the e-mail or just refund the figure. Instead TWS was willing to drop 4 bucks to senda 6 buck figure to make me happy.

They indeed have showed me why they are the best company around. If only they where my LGS instead of my IGS I would buy more and nor feel guilty about my purchases.

Thanks again.

You think that's impressive?

I once ordered something from the Warstore. The exact item that I ordered came within 3 days of my order. However, they spelled my name wrong on the mailing label.

I didn't notice this, but they did and brought it to my attention. They were very apologetic and Neal insisted on coming out to my house and cutting my lawn.

Now that's service!

Oh you think THAT'S impressive?!

Once my car broke down on Ohio. I ordered a new car from Neal and he drove it to me in person! Now That's service!

What I appreciate most both from Neal and from a few other stores that provide excellent service is top notch communication. Let me know you got my order, let me know if there will be delays, let me know when the order ships. A little good communication can make up for a lot of problems and leave you with a good experience either way.

Contrast this with other sellers that you never hear from and only find out about any delays after 4 or 5 e-mails to them.

If there is one piece of advice I can give retailers is communicate with your customers and be up front about any delays. This will pay off with repeat business in the end.

Applying the same standards to being an ebay seller doesn't hurt either, as my feedback messages proves…but then, I had a lot of retail experience before I started selling off my life. :)

Neal's store is the best. He continues to make it better, even. Its really hard for me to get to a store anymore so it's really important I can count on someone and the Warstore always comes thru!

One of my pet peeves is poorly laid out websites, another reason to love the Warstore, everything is easy to find and 99.9% of everything has images big enough to know what you are getting.
