I saw them in person at RECON, and met the man (Bob as I recall, very nice dude!). Great! They are truly as good of horror figs as you will find. I just wish I could paint like there painter! |

I'd like to thank Geoff at LKM for his prompt response to emails and quick turn-around on orders. My figures were delivered a week after I ordered them, and nothing was missing or damaged. Geoff even reminded me of a discount I had failed to take advantage of. Thanks! |

Praise seconded. I haven't bought anything for a while but have a heap of 15mm Swiss and Landsknects from these guys. Very good service, they broke speed records getting my orders from UK to NZ, and the one minor prob I had with some castings was immediately and cheerfully put right. Among the best service I've had from wargame businesses. |

Thanks guys, I shall pass your comments on to Chas, Sarah and Martin in the factory. Bit confused by Smokey's comments, as we haven't got a Bob and as far as I know we don't make any horror figures! :-) Geoff Feudal Castings, Freikorp15 and QRF quickreactionforce.co.uk |

Geoff – you've forgotten the `z's, and your lovely carniverous plants. :-) P |

Nothing missing or damaged! Woo-hooo!!! When you find that to be a cause for celebration, you know that your expectations of performance in the miniatures industry has just about bottomed out. Nothing against QRF/LKM: they've always done pretty well by me (there *are* those Rolls, Geoff
). But there really *are* companies out there dealing in
oh, for example, 1:100 scale WWII ministures, from whom an error-free shipment would indeed be a remarkable occasion. Or is that just too cynical? Allen |

Paul, Ok, but who's Bob?? :-) When you find that to be a cause for celebration, you know that your expectations of performance in the miniatures industry has just about bottomed out. No Allen, not cynical at all and a very valid point. I've commented before about the absurdity of comments of praise that "my order arrived with everything I ordered". That's how it should be, isn't it? I try to view "nothing missing or damaged" as the normal standard level of service we should be supplying on every occasion, not a higher than normal level of customer service. To my mind, anything less than that is a drop in service. Geoff (Allen, someone is supposed to be re-mastering those RRs for us) |

"(Allen, someone is supposed to be re-mastering those RRs for us)" Don't worry; that hasn't slipped my mind. Thanks, Geoff! Allen |

Yes, the bug. The thread title was Comfy Chair Minis. They make a horror game, and associated minis. Then I enter the thread, and the title changes to Praise for LKM Direct, and find some nice comments about LKM and I'm going HUH? What happened to Comfy Chair? Haven't seen a TMP bug in a long time. |
