I want something to mount my electro-galvanic-hyperbaric-ether-support-guns on. As long as it is vaguely 19th century looking, I don't much care. It could be a tripod, an artillery carriage of the type used to mount the early gatling guns, or even a four-wheeled cart, again, as long as it looked vaguely Victorian. I just don't want to spend any real money, and it should be roughly 15mm. Thanks.

Check out LEGO, there are loads of alternatives. Just raid the children's toy box.

I'll second the golf tee suggestion! I have a couple in my armory and they look really nice after they are painted.
