I recently bought some of the Perry Plastics infantry soldiers. I liked the rule set that came with the infantry. They were simple and reminiscent of the games I played when I was younger. (Anyone remember Helen of Toy's Chickamauga with the exploding bridges?) However, the rules omitted any mention of cavalry or artillery. Can anyone who has the ACW2 cavalry set comment on the rules in that box? How are cavalry used? Any ideas on how the artillery will be used? |

You can bet the Perrys dont want you using just any rules with their figures so of course there's no cavalry rules in an infantry packs box. |

As stated inf rules are in infantry boxes and cav rules in cav boxes, both rules direct you to the Perry website for more rules including artillery. When I visited, I could not find the rules, I e-mailed the Perry's and they said the rules were not up there yet. I also suggested to them that Wars of the Roses in plastics might be a viable future venture as both armies had the same troop types. |
