It may be just a quirk of my system, but I'm having trouble getting in to your site. When I click to register as a new customer, the screen "blinks" and returns me to the same page. I don't think I've registered wiuth you before but I tried my e-mail address and clicked that I'd forgotten my password and the same thing happened. I wouldn't want to think that this glitch was happening for everyone. (Nor would you!) |

The LKM site works fine for me in Firefox and IE. I placed an order about 10 days or so, and the system is letting me in to check the order status. My beef is that my order hasn't arrived yet, and I want to see my samples so I can order more!!! |

Jeremy, are you on an AOL email? |

I've just tried your surname and I can't see you as registered (assuming your TMP ID is your real name). I've also just registered myself using an alternative email address and it created a new account just fine. For some reason, it seems that AOL users cannot get to the site using the AOL interface, as it demands them to login (which is odd, as there is no login requirement at that stage). It seems that you can get round that by using Firefox or IE. |

It seems to be a quirk of AOL – something in the latest update. AOL users can get to the splash page, but not any further as it asks them to log in, and it's not the login details they used if they registered! Try opening a browser other than AOL (IE, Firefox, etc) and you should be able to access the website normally. Geoff |

Geoff, may I assure you that I am not complaining, I really do want to get my samples so I can order some more! Malc |

That's fine. I suspect they are all done and will go out tomorrow evening (if they haven't already). Sarah only updates the website details after they have been posted, so we often find people get notified that they have been despatched a day or two after they receive them :-D Geoff |

Yes, sorry about that. It seems to be something that AOL has done that it causing a problem – well, I haven't changed anything at our end and we are suddenly getting reports from AOL users that they get a login screen that won't let them proceed further. Good to hear that it worked – I'll need to ad a comment to the splash screen to that effect and can advise others who contact me how to get around it.
meanwhile, I wonder if AOL know what it is they have done and how I am supposed to fix it
