I spent the better part of day trying to track down a copy of the original Legends of the Old West rules and finally found a copy.

But all of the usual places in North America were completely out and several complained this was hard to get originally and impossible now.

Did it just go out of production (weird, they are still producing supplements)? Or was there some sort of snag?

Probably between print runs. I had a similar problem awhile back looking for one of the supplements to Arkham Horror.

The ran out of the current print run and is as my local store told me "OOP" I would imagine that there is another print run planned but I have not seen any information as to when it is going to happen.

I've been listening for rumors of when another print run might be coming, and there is nary a peep in the usual rumor mills. I suppose someone could e-mail them and ask…

But seriously, it's been getting harder to find and I'm glad I bought mine when it came out ages ago (and yes, I buy most Western games when they come out).

Some body spotted this topic and told me about it. My thanks.

Stock of Legends of the Old West is in our warehouse.

You can order online or ask your retailer to contact their distributor who can easily order it from us if they don't have stock.

The book has been successful and we endeavour to keep it in stock on an ongoing basis.

Kind regards

Great news! I really enjoyed a game I played on the weekend but I contacted 10 big hobby stores on Monday and no one had a copy (including places that always have stuff like Brookhurst and Last Square and Sentry Box). Great to know it is available.

Thanks Rob! I will pass that info on to my FLGS -- I know several people who have been looking for it in the Houston area.
