Will having talked to an author who worked for them i would say that you cannot know what they will publish.
He presented them with plates of a napolenic Chasseur. the girl took the plates checked it out and asked him why the uniform was not green as chasseurs were supposed to be hunters and green was a hunters color.

Lichtenburg,

I don't doubt the story told to you was true, but my experience, although relatively recent, is that the editors are very well versed in different period. I have somewhat less confidence in the illustrators, who require detailed information on uniforms to be included in the illustrations. I worked with Peter Dennis, who did a great job on my Belleau Wood book and am now working with Graham Turner and have no complaints…I have no concerns about what they will include, but whether they meet their intended publishing schedule is still an open question.
