I'd like to play some Battle of Britain attacks on channel shipping, and I have most everything I'd like to have except for Bf-110s and Do-17s. I've looked around without any luck – does anyone make these in 1/700 scale?

I think you're out of luck on the Dornier.

Skywave has a set, S-17 Luftwaffe A/C, which has the Ju-88s, He-111s, He-177 Griefs, Me-109s, Bf-110s, Fw-190s, etc.

It also may be listed as "Pitroad."

Their is another set that included the Me262 but I am not sure whether it included the Dornier.

Are you willing to look at 1/600? I'm sure that Tumbling Dice probably makes them.

Thanks,

John

TD does indeed produce them, and they are highly recommended.

There was a limited edition set by Pitroad of their Luftwaffe aircraft that included a white metal Dornier, but it was pretty pricey if all you wanted was that one aircraft. If you're set on finding a 1/700 Dornier, the best place to find the oddball Skywave sets its Pacific Front Hobbies. They have a link on the steelnavy.com homepage.
As for me, I'll stick to my 1/600 birds.

Yes, TD has them in 1/600. I've got both and they look great.
