My advice: Work with *tiny* amounts of it at a time. A little bit goes a freakishly long ways. Don't be in a hurry to do the entire mini at once. When adding detail, the amount of putty should be as thick as the detail you're adding, no thicker, or it'll warp and squish. Keep your tools lubricated – I find plain water works nicely. |
