Like it says on the tin – I'm looking for 15mm carriages. Not limbers, wagons, ambulances, etc. but carriages. Napoleonic would do.

It would be a nice prop for Sharp Practice games.

Vincent: IIRC, One of Old Glory's 15mm Napoleonic Marsahal's sets has one. Other than that, Hallmark does an enclosed 15mm circa 1700's coach.

Hope that helps.

Minifig do a Western Stage Coach in their ACW range.

Essex do a coach in their Napoleonic Equipment

I'm pretty sure that Minifigs makes them in 15mm too (and not just in 25mm that I know they have one in).

(One suitable for Napoleonic or 18th Century, that is.)

It would seem that this is a product (18th century style carriage) that would fill a niche in both 15mm and 28mm. It is a shame that nobody will adequately fill the need.

Doesn't Minifigs have a rather extensive range of carriages in 15mm?

vtsaogames07 May 2008 11:43 a.m. PST

Minifigs has lots of wagons – but no carriage. As Tom (who runs Minifigs USA) notes, Hallmark has a closed carriage. I think Essex has an open carriage with a Napoleonic general in it. That sounds like what I want. Thanks for everyone's help.

My apologies, Vincent. I see from an old catalogue that Minifgs have three 25mm carriages, that are the ones I was remembering, but no 15mm versions of the same (at least not in the late '70s anyway). I suppose wedding cake ones would be too large too, but maybe there are some wedding-related ones that might be of a useful size?

Essex makes a coach with four horses & driver with a Napoleonic General Model: NE45
It is available thru Wargames or from Essex link
