Having painted some of the terrific Gripping Beast 13th century Teutonic knights I need some mounted and dismounted sergeants. I firts thought I could use Front Rank HYW infantry in kettle hat but they seem a little bit too much 14th century to fit the bill. Would anyone have some suggestions? All help much appreciated! |

Old Glory has an excellent bag of Teutonic sergeants in their "Mongols in Europe" range. Their horses may be a bit smller than GB, but those are for sergeants. Also, GB makes them under the name turkopoles, I think. Do not glue the bow cases to those very European looking turkopoles and they would be perfect. GB also have some infantry in that range that would be perfect foot sergeants as they have uniform tabard. |

Here are the packs: link – do not buy the pack where they shoot bows. Otherwize they come with separate bow cases that you don't have to glue. link packs that are named sergeants – they are perfect for Teutonic sergeants. link Packs that are called sergeants |
