Anyone know how well the Conflix brand of buildings mix with the Hovels (20mm) ones? |

We have used both in our battles with Valiant figs and FOV/Dragon armor stuff. I think the broad answer is "yes" they can be mixed. My view is that the Conflix stuff just takes up too much space. The footprint for their buildings and ruins is large. The Hovels have a smaller footprint. The Conflix stuff looks odd when you try to make a village. The Hovels seem to make a more compact setting. That's just my opinion. Nothing scientific. I'm only buying Hovels in the future. But I'm sure we won't get rid of our Conflix stuff. Brian |

I'll throw in my 2 cents on this as well. I have the one Conflix 15mm building and several Hovels 15mm buildings as well. The same thing applies here. I use the Conflix as the centerpiece or large villa building while my Hovels stuff(and others) fills in the rest of the town. They do work well together. |

Now stop that. I want to get Hovels houses now, and I don't have the cash. Pity me. |

Thanks for the info. I'm just getting rolling with a WWII set up and I was thinking about starting with the Conflix stuff. It would free up the painting time for infantry. Once I had a decent amount of infantry, I could go back and hit the Hovels stuff. That's the plan anyway.. |
