This got mentioned over on the "new" Obits page in the Plus boards yesterday I believe. It's a pity they didn't succeed but I'm still greatful for men of such courage to try. God Bless and Keep Them All. |

Everyone talks about the problem, but so few actually try to do anything about it. Makes me wonder what the guy thought of the old saw about whether or not it would be a good idea to go back in time and kill Hitler. After all, he tried, after it apparently became pretty clear to HIM whether it was a good idea or not

It is a great shame that the earlier plot to shot Hitler and Himmler wasn't carried out in 1942. It might have saved a great many lives. He was very brave to stand up to Hitler Regime in the belly of the beast. Cheers. |
