Not for the "hurry up and game" crowd but a very nice piece on CMON which I will steal liberally from: link |

Wish he had used a type that was not white on white. I cannot read the directions. But a nice paint job regardless. |

Just highlight the text with your mouse and it turns light blue but spoils the pictures

A very good tutorial let down by the colour of the text making it very difficult to read. I particularly liked the opening chapter – why the miniature was painted in this way, and thought the last chapter on the base was far too dark. I would like to see the whole tutorial re-done with better colour text/background and an example of how a regiment/group of these figures would look in bright light. Overall a very good tutorial – but could have been better. Regards Tony dampfpanzerwagon.blogspot.com |

That's a LOT of steps. My god, I think I could paint a unit in the amount of time it takes to paint one of those. And I'm a slow painter. |

He just finished painting a model that is worth .36% of a standard WFB tournament army. Still, it is a very admirable paint job. On the flip side I just finished painting 76 of the last generation of GW plastic skeletons over a few days time using the dip method. Looks good enough that others have enquired to how it was done so they can dip their rank and file troops. :) |
