On the 'Emperor vs Elector' 'alternate 18th C.' diplomatic blog the Duchy of Tradgarland just aired its claim on the Nicobar Islands: link
Now, Tradgarland already own the colony of Ny Tradgarland in North America (close to French Louisbourg): a good opportunity (excuse?) to ask for news from other
countries in 'alternate' America. Such are not that rare: members of the Old School Wargaming Group link are building (yet without corresponding blogs, alas): Mindt and Maroon, Bon Mondiale and Ny Scandia, Nova Orkneyja and New Hanovar …

Now, what about, further South, the heirdom of some Vice-Rey that had taken advantage of the WSS to claim his independance, or of a successful Black Beard-like pirate who had carved out a tiny kingdom of his own in the Caribbean? Does the idea tempt someone?
