Very well done. They look almost like 28mm in their quality and detail. These are impressive, you've done a great job. |

being in the "Sex" category. Maybe eye candy
..(?)
but not sexy! ;) I have link that may work better: link Can't blame work bosses for having filters, it's their computers
Based for WAB? Haven't made up my mind yet, at the moment they are on plasticard for painting, these are removed when I re-base on plasticard. I'll worry about that at the end. cheers guys se 8) |

They look terrific close up. You're making me wonder if I should use your "Dallimore style" on my upcoming 15mm Corvus Belli and Xyston Gauls. I'd be curious to see how they look from a distance. Would you consider adding a photograph of them from wargamer's arm's length -- 2 or 3 feet away? |

How long did it take you to paint those couple of elements? |

Um
.nice paint job (especially for 15's), but Numidian light cavalry would be, uh, *a bit more suntanned* if you get my drift. Take a look at your average North African. |

You're making me wonder if I should use your "Dallimore style" on my upcoming 15mm Corvus Belli and Xyston Gauls. I use it because it's easier to see the detail on the table from a distance
I'd be curious to see how they look from a distance. Would you consider adding a photograph of them from wargamer's arm's length -- 2 or 3 feet away? I'll do that when the whole army is painted up, as I did with the earlier gallic army, I think we'll get a better judgement when they are based too
.? How long did it take you to paint those couple of elements? excluding cleaning up, around three hours, maybe three and a half hours

.nice paint job (especially for 15's), but Numidian light cavalry would be, uh, *a bit more suntanned* if you get my drift. Take a look at your average North African. Not necesarily, my sister in law is morroccan and she has a very pale olive skin, light italian olive, living in london for ten years look
One is more celt than numidian, the other could be greek with his braided hair, more southern european than african
. I have a theory that modern north africans are mostly decended from berbers adn that's why they look darker, in the roman world the north afrcian would look more 'european' than african
..as they were decended from greeks and phoenicians? stuart :) |
